defconfig: arm64: msm: Update automotive defconfigs

Enable FP settings for msm8996:
Enable FP (Floating Point) and SIMD settings required during execution
of AArch32 processes.

Enable CMA debugfs:
Enable CMA debugfs to make it easier to test CMA.

Enable kernel image to include spidev.c:
Enable kernel image to include spidev.c as built-in for automotive
platform which utilizes spidev slave driver for audio codec via SPI.

Enable GICv3 access control:
ITS register space of GICv3 is configured by higher exception level.
Prevent Kernel from accessing this register space.
