defconfig: mdm: fixup defconfig to account for missing features

Fixup defconfig to account for missing features after
the kernel upgrade. The notable changes are

*CMA updates to use kernel 3.18 memory reservations and
reserve CMA size to 4MiB
*PINCTRL updates to select the upstream based pinctrl driver
*SPMI updates to de-select drivers/spmi and
 select drivers/platform/msm/spmi
*Disable coresight
*Disable crypto
*Disable IPA and RMNET
*Disable earlyprintk
*Disable MMC
*Select AUTO_ZRELADDR and specify PHYS_OFFSET
*Disable QPIC NAND
*Disable USB PHY
*Disable YAFFS as we have moved to UBIFS
*Disable ADSP loader
