MIPS: Loongson: Remove unused macro LOONGSON_PERFCNT_IRQ 



LOONGSON2_PERFCNT_IRQ is used for the irq number of the performance
overflow interrupts; LOONGSON_PERFCNT_IRQ is unused so remove it.
