x86, fpu: make eagerfpu= boot param tri-state



Add the "eagerfpu=auto" (that selects the default scheme in
enabling eagerfpu) which can override compiled-in boot parameters
like "eagerfpu=on/off" (that force enable/disable eagerfpu).
