msm8996: enable i2c bus 6 for eeprom 



Add a eeprom device that contains configuration data used by the
QBT 1000 fingerprint sensor
- enable i2c bus 6
- add AT24 eeprom device on i2c bus 6, slave address 51

- reg: Should contain registers location
