ARM: dts: msm: Add PWM device nodes for pmdcalifornium

The PWMs are required for blinking the LED on the
mdmcalifornium MTP. Add device nodes for the two PWM
peripherals present on pmdcalifornium and enable them
for the mdmcalifornium MTP.
