ARM: dts: mdm: Adjust memory region peripheral1_mem for MDM9640 



Carve out 4 MB more for TH2.0 modem and change the address of
the region 'peripheral1_mem' in the reserved memory pool
'removed-dma-pool' so it will not be accessed by the kernel.
