msm: kgsl: Define a macro to create a new adreno_is_XXX() function

Part of the standard bringup process is to add an adreno_is_XXX()
inline function where XXX is the GPU core being added. Most of
the functions are standard so we can create a simple macro to
save ourselves some time and effort.
