ARM: dts: msm: update PM8004 pmic-id in msm8996-pm8994-pm8004.dtsi

The major revision of the latest PM8004 PMIC is 1. Update the
pmic-id string in msm8996-pm8994-pm8004.dtsi to ensure the
correct major revision is in use and the bootloader can correctly
choose the Device Tree configuration for boards paired with PM8994
and PM8004.
