ARM: dts: msm: add active/sleep set for CX on mdmfermium

'qcom,set' information is missing for some of the CX regulator
nodes. Add appropriate(active/sleep) set information for each of
the regulator nodes.
While at it, remove 'parent-supply' property from all regulator
node as RPM maintains the parent-child relationship for all RPM
controlled regulators.
