drivers: input: misc: add snapshot of AKM8963 3-axis compass driver 



This change adds AKM8963 3-axis compass driver to configure
magnetic field sensor.
This snapshot is taken from commit 430da15cfdc2 ("soc: qcom:
rpm-smd-debug: initialize variables and check for return value")
with checkpatch warnings fixed.
