ARM: dts: msm: Update MPM mapping for USB HV interrupts for fermium

USB PHY can generate DP or DM HV interrupts in XO or vdd-min for
USB BUS resume in Device or Host modes.
Map both these irq to core_irq and async_irq to wakeup from XO.
