ARM: dts: msm: add tmc force reg dump support for msm8937

The first pass reset issue will cause the QDSS components i.e.
TMC, DCC lost register values across warm boot. Add TMC force
registers dump support for MSM8937 devices so that ramdump
parser can parse the whole memory dump correctly.
