USB: Add USB BAM and Android USB related devicetree binding

This change brings USB BAM and Android USB related devicetree binding
from msm-3.10 kernel as of commit 86b1dd428053 ("diag: Fix mask values
for IPC log types"). It removes devicetree properties which are not
supported with android.c driver on msm-3.18 kernel.
