ARM: dts: msm: Add camera DTSI files for 8937



Adding new files with nodes for all camera
hardware like ISP, CPP, CSID, CSIPHY etc. and
adding logical nodes for external sensors with
all the required voltage regulators and gpios.
Also, add camera nodes to pin control file.
