ARM: dts: msm: Fix gfx qsmmu global irq for msm8937 and msmtitanium

Global interrupt line for GFX QSMMU seems to be wrongly
configured which is resulting in spurious interrupts
being reported. Correct the interrupt line number for
msm8937 and msmtitanium.

Other then this we also need to ensure that TCSR
registers are properly configured from secure domain
and QSMMU_global_irpt_enable bit is set.
