Revert "ARM: dts: disable CPUSS LDO mode on msm8996v2 platform"



This reverts commit 3d692a3b
("ARM: dts: disable CPUSS LDO mode on msm8996v2 platform").

LDO mode may be used safely now that M3 LPM notifications
are working reliably.
