msm: mink: Convert Smcinvoke to platform driver 



SMCInvoke driver has to support features that requires it to be a
platform driver instead of char/misc driver.

Adding support for platform driver.

* SMCInvoke driver to provide transport between TZ and Linux



Required properties:

- compatible : Should be "qcom,smcinvoke"

- reg : should contain memory region address reserved for loading secure apps.



Example:

	qcom_smcinvoke: smcinvoke@87900000 {
