ARM: dts: msm: Add pa_therm2 ADC sensor into thermal sensor info nodes

Add pa_therm2 ADC sensor into KTM thermal sensor info nodes for
MDM9650. It enables thermal-engine to use this sensor for thermal
mitigation.
