usb: net: gadget: Add snapshot of ax88179_178a driver

The existing ax88179_178a driver causes data corruption
for the use case of video streaming and face recognition
for the connected camera usecase over ethernet.
Update the ax88179_178a driver to its latest version to
improve the throughput of the ethernet over USB.
