ARM: dts: msm: specify APCC CPR rev 2-7 margin adjustments for msm8996v3

Specify 0 uV VDD_APCC CPR open-loop and closed-loop voltage
margin adjustments for all possible future CPR revisions
(i.e. 2 to 7) on MSM8996v3 chips.  This ensures that software
can operate safely on chips that have new fuse revisions.
