soc: qcom: glink: Clean up threads in TOC error handling in RPM Native xprt

In the RPM Native Transport, if an error is encountered when probing the
table of contents, the kthread structure is only partially cleaned up.
Later in the error handling, it's possible to access an invalid
structure, which can cause a crash.

Fully clean up the kthread structure if a TOC error is encountered.
