defconfig: msm: Enable AES crypto extensions for arm msm8937, msm8953

Enable AES CE (crypto extensions) for arm msm8937, msm8953.
Additionally, 30e7426e9997 ("crypto: arm - move ARM specific
Kconfig definitions to a dedicated file") adds a new dependency
for CONFIG_ARM dependent definitions - ARM_CRYPTO. This is
added to msm8937, msm8953 arm defconfigs.
