ALSA: usb-audio - Support for Roland GAIA SH-01 Synthesizer 



Added table quirks entry for Roland GAIA SH-01 Synthesizer based upon
Roland SH-201 table entry as template.  USB MIDI and audio was tested
with Muse and Audacity.
