Revert "ARM: shmobile: streamline mackerel SD and MMC devices"



This reverts commit 626a645e.

This appears to be incompatible with
"ARM: shmobile: sh7372: Remove SDHI and MMCIF function GPIOs"

Reverting this change resolves the following build failure:
