ARM: dts: msm: update memory map for msm8909 based targets

Update modem f/w region carveout size to 23MB for
apq8009w-nowgr and 32MB for apq8909w targets. Additionally
reduce TZ apps region by 1MB and start its base from
0x87b00000 for all wearable targets.
