ARM: dts: msm: Update QMP PHY settings for sdxhedgehog 



Update QMP PHY init sequence for sdxhedgehog.
QSERDES_TX_RES_CODE_LANE_OFFSET_TX and
QSERDES_TX_RES_CODE_LANE_OFFSET_RX values were
updated.
