ARM: dts: msm: Remove pin control configuration for GPIO24 in MDM9607 



Remove pin control configuration of GPIO24 as a workaround for
HW routing issue for MCLK in MDM9607. Instead of GPIO24, MCLK is
alternatively routed through PLL test pad.
