ASoC: msm: add change to reduce codec output level

Mute issue is observed, when high amplitude clip played with
maximum volume. There are different speaker loads connected
to the target. Mute issue observed for 4 ohm speaker load.
Reduce codec output amplitude to avoid mute issue.
