ARM: dts: msm: correct PCIe0 GPIO sleep settings on MSM8996

On MSM8996, PCIe0 GPIOs sleep state have the wrong
configuration and will not be set to no-pull. Correct
the settings for these GPIOs so that they will be set to
no-pull when PCIe0 is turned off.
