ARM: dts: msm: Disable USB controller's clock gating on 8996v1 devices

USB controller's clock gating is now enabled by default. It is required
to disable this only on 8996v1 devices. Hence set device property
"snps,disable-clk-gating" for 8996v1 devices only.
