ARM: dts: msm: Update KTM VDD restriction configuration for 8909w BG

msm8909w BG uses pm660 pmic. Update VDD_DIG supply based on new pmic.
Also add VDD APPS restriction configuration to restrict apps rail to
NOM corner during cold temperature condition.
