ARM: dts: msm: Remove ethernet supply GPIO on mdm9650 CCARD V2



Remove the Neutrino power supply GPIO on CCARD V2 boards to
avoid a crash that happens on module remove and system reboot.
IPA still tries to access Neutrino registers even after rmmod.
