power: qpnp-smbcharger: double the AICL count limit during parallel mode

During parallel charging, there will be a lot more AICLs than usual.
This can unwittingly trigger the weak charger detection algorithm.
Fix this by doubling the threshold for AICL counts to trigger the weak
charger detection if parallel charging is available.
