clk: msm: clock-gcc: Add support for 200MHz for SDCC2

SDCC2 client requires 200MHz frequency to be supported, so add the new
frequency in the list of frequencies. Also update the source sel for 100MHz
and 50MHz for sdcc1 & sdcc2 clock.
