ARM: dts: msm: Support IPC with PCIe host for mdm9650 EP TTP

Enable MDM2AP_STATUS_N signal as GPIO_64 active low for IPC
between mdm9650 EP TTP and the PCIe host. This allows
the host to detect the MDM status. An active low signal
is needed because there is a level shifter with an active
pull up between MDM and the host. Use a different GPIO for
CLKREQ_N since GPIO_64 is needed for the status signal.
