defconfig: msm: Enable msmgold support in msm8937_defconfig

Enable msmgold SoC support in msm8937_defconfig and
msm8937-perf_defconfig files for 32bit mode.
Both msm8937 and msmgold SoCs share the
msm8937_defconfig/msm8937-perf_defconfig files in 32bit mode.
