ARM: dts: msm: enable auto freeze feature in watchdog for msm8952

There is auto freeze feature in hardware where Non secure watchdog
freezes automatically when all online cores are in suspend and
unfreezes watchdog upon wakeup event from low power mode. Enable this
feature to protect suspend / resume path by Non secure watchdog.
Also enable watchdog feature for debugging purpose.
