ARM: dts: msm: Enable MCLK and regulator for SVA on 8953

MCLK needs to be enabled when the MADINPUT widget is brought up.
Fix the audio routing accordingly.

USB and codec share the same power rail and regulator needs to
be enabled for micbias so that SVA can work even when usb is
disconnected.
