ARM: dts: msm: change PCIe0 WAKE GPIO to pull-up on MSM8996

In the default state, PCIe0 WAKE GPIO should be configured as
pull-up on MSM8996. Thus, change the default configuration to
have PCIe0 WAKE GPIO be pull-up.
