msm: camera2: cpp: Set correct levels for printk messages

The log messages printed per frame can cause heavy hogging
of system dmesg print resulting in watch dog timeout. The
clock table query is expected to give error after the
last entry. This needs to be set as debug level message.
This change handles correct levels for printk messages.
