USB: dwc3-msm: Fix bootup crash issue

Commit "894b52c2: USB: dwc3: msm: Add support for notifying type C current
to PMIC" is added to support type C higher charging current modes. It
introduced a bug due to which power supply type is updated to wrong value
and results in crash during bootup. Hence fix the bug to resolve the
crash.
