[POWERPC] XilinxFB: Replace calls to printk with dev_dbg, dev_err, etc.

The dev_dbg, dev_err, etc functions provide more context that plain
vanilla printk which is useful for debugging. Where appropriate,
change printk calls to the appropriate dev_*() call.
