thermal: tsens: Fix sensor_id during ftrace 



Fix the sensor ID number passed during ftrace temperature
read and when thresholds are notified. Use the sensor ID
instead of sensors hardware number since there could be
more than one controller. Sensors ID includes all information
of sensors from multiple controllers whereas sensors hardware
number captures the information within each controller.
