scripts/Makefile.lib: Align the output of LZO

The output of LZO is not aligned with the other output:
  ...
  CC      drivers/usb/mon/usbmon.mod.o
  LZO    arch/mips/boot/compressed/vmlinux.lzo
  ...

This patch fixes it.
