ARM: dts: mdm: Add resources with QUSB PHY node for msm8953 



QUSB PHY driver needs to access QUSB2PHY register before USB controller
is out of LPM. To access this, it requires to turn ON core_clk, iface_clk
and GDSC on msm8953 platform. Hence provide required resources with QUSB
PHY node with msm8953 platform.
