defconfig: arm64: msm: Enable PANIC_ON_DATA_CORRUPTION

Enable PANIC_ON_DATA_CORRUPTION to cause a kernel panic when
kernel structure data corruptions of various sorts are encountered,
even if the corruption is potentially recoverable. This may assist
in the detection and debug of memory scribblers and other causes
of corruption.
