ARM: dts: msm: Update memory map for APQ8009w swoctp variant

apq8009w-swoctp was having memory map of msm8909w
variant with 82 MB modem size which was wrong.
Update this to make it point to right memory map
which is present in  apq8009w-memory with 38MB
modem size.
