ARM: dts: msm: Fix PVS version mapping in 'cpr-speed-bin-max-corners'

The PVS version index in 'qcom,cpr-speed-bin-max-corners' indicates
the foundry-id. As the corner mappings are independent of foundry
mark the PVS version as wild-card (-1).
