ARM: dts: msm: enable BLSP1 QUP4 on bg-spi node for msm8909

Enable BLSP1 QUP4 on bg-spi node. Supports blackghost v2 variants
Also modified pin control to bias pull up for interrupts. Pull up
is required to keep the chip select (CS) to active high
during active and sleep state. Only when CS is high Blackghost
will raise interrupts to APPS.
